1. Prices
Price quotations are subject to change may entrance fees, official minimum wages of tour expert or laws change, we will contact you immediately may this inconvenient occur. If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, the team of Insider Travel will contact you for authorization. Tips/gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, beverages or food not described in the product’s description and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included.
2. Payment
All tours must be pre-paid except otherwise stated (deposit admitted). We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, You will be charged in EURO at the conversion’s rate applicable on the date of your booking.

3. Voucher issue
After payment, Once in Rome will send a confirmation / voucher by e-mail : this voucher has to be printed, as a proof of purchase, and will be presented to the service provider/tour guide.
All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking.
All requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by email to info@onceinrome.com
Once in Rome cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don’t receive or read carefully your confirmation / voucher. In case you have not received your voucher, you must notify Insider Travel at least 72 hours before the date of service.

4 Cancellation policy

4.1 Short Tours/Attractions/products (with duration of one day or less) and not including train or flight ticket and/or overnight accommodation:
Plans change, we know, and so we keep cancellations entirely FREE, up to 72 hours in advance. It is the best guarantee in the market.
Cancellation the day of the services or after : You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

4.2 Special request / Private tours AND / OR Tours/Attractions/products including train or flight ticket and/or overnight accommodation :
Plans change, we know, and so we keep cancellations entirely FREE, up to 72 hours in advance. It is the best guarantee in the market.

4.3 Gift Certificate :
Gift certificate are non-cancellable and are non-refundable

4.4 Please note that certain supplier apply more stringent cancellation fees, which might apply if relevant.

4.5 Procedure to cancel a booking :
Full cancellation of services previously confirmed by us must be followed by a confirmation of cancellation from us.
Once in Rome C.A. / Once in Rome will not be responsible for any cancellation not received and not confirmed back to you and might debit the relative cancellation or no-show charges.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

5. The liability of Once in  Rome and its affiliate web sites is limited.
Once in Rome assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond Once in Rome  control. Once in Rome  can accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes if not caused by Once in Rome. Once in Rome and its suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, to the tour members’ enjoyment and advantage. Once in Rome  and suppliers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operational requirements (bad weather for example).  Any change in schedule would allow a full refund if you are unable to adjust to the new schedule.
